A great enough deal, it's worthy of a post. I love a good deal, don't you? It's like a natural high, knowing you could have just paid $40 retail for this:
What in the sam h*ll is that you might ask? Well, my dear blog readers, that is a 5 foot long quilt hanger. She's unfinished, but that's o.k. I kind of like to paint things. She was such a good deal, I had to get her a friend:
They give me more motivation to make some more quilts. The twins were...are you ready for this killer deal...$10 each. Yep, that's right, only $20 for the pair. Once I have 'em painted and hung with a quilt in it, I'll post a picture. As for where I got the deal, if you live in Utah County and don't know about the Provo Craft Outlet, let me just tell you a little somethin'. The PC Outlet is a closeout of everything Roberts Crafts isn't selling anymore or is out of season. For instance, the store today was full of Easter and Christmas stuff, but they also have half the store that is scrapbooking clearance items, unfinished wood, wreaths, etc. Sometimes there's nothing there, but other times, I hit the motherload! If you want to visit the PC outlet, it is located on State Street near the Orem/Lindon border in the shopping center behind Wallabys. They are closed on Mondays, but open until 6 p.m. Tuesday- Saturday. All I know is it's a really good thing my husband doesn't read my blog!
